[CHARACTERISTICS]

  • Skin is red and flesh is orange. Long and spindle shaped.
  • Contains high levels of carotene and dry matter.
  • The eating quality is more excellent than "Benihayato."
  • Excellent yield and resistance to root-knot nematode. However, storage is a little difficult.

[APPLICATIONS]

  • Suitable for processed foods, especially flour. In addition, it is also suitable for table use and shochu brewing.
